Students Visit the Ballet

Our students recently took a special trip to Lincoln Center to experience the New York City Ballet and what a day it was! 🩰✨ Thanks to support from the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Grant, 25 students in Kindergarten through 12th grade attended a full day of world-class ballet at no cost to families. Students watched MASTERS AT WORK II, featuring four remarkable works that showcased both classical and contemporary dance. The experience gave students the opportunity to explore the artistry, athleticism, and discipline behind professional ballet while building cultural awareness and critical thinking skills. From our youngest learners to our high school seniors, the trip offered meaningful exposure to the performing arts and lasting memories in New York City. We’re grateful to the Bridgehampton School District and the 21st CCLC Grant Program for making this enriching experience possible. The trip was part of the district’s ongoing efforts to expand learning opportunities beyond the classroom and provide students with access to arts and cultural programming.
